How can we help?
We have produced a simple eye mask solution that will help to get rid of the symptoms. Inside this mask is a gel substance that you have to heat in hot water for 5 minutes, do NOT place it in the microwave. We recommend you use this mask up to twice a day, if the symptoms improve you can reduce using the eye mask to 2 or 3 times a week.
Make sure you are comfortable before attaching the eye mask, the best way to do this is to lie with your head tilting backwards to ensure an even heat flow. Make sure that you keep the eye mask hygienic by placing it in the supplied zip lock bag. The gel pack is supplied with a plastic clip which hooks over the edge of a cup or bowl. This is very handy for easy removal of the gel pack from the hot water.
